15 years ago Andy left Liverpool England for Sydney Australia where he discovered Neuro Linguistic Programming in real estate sales. Becoming one of the top in Australia he was head hunted to New Zealand and became the top in that country.
At the age of 26 he opened a development company to build, market and sell a 100 Million dollar resort in Fiji. After Taking the project over to Dubai to sell alongside the Palms and other multi billion dollar developments.
When global real-estate industry began to slow down in 2008. Andy took his skills in into Elite level mental performance and now speaks, coaches and teaches all over the world.

Neurology science has shown has neuro placidity. Meaning that it will always re-wire and grow when trained to do so. A way to explain this simply is comparing it as a physical muscle, which can be trained to perform very specifically.
For example; in the context of sports specific. If we look at an NBA basketball player there muscles are designed for fast twitch, which creates explosively for a specific pre determined outcome. In comparison we look at a power lifter in the Worlds Strongest man competition who trains their muscle to be able to maintain lifting massive weights.
